The service

WhyNotReply analyzes a resume against a job description using AI, and returns a match score, missing keywords, and suggested fixes. The app is currently in pre-launch — some features described on this site may change before public release.

Your content

You retain ownership of your resume and any content you submit to the app. By using the app, you give us permission to process that content solely to provide you with your analysis — we don't use it for any other purpose.

Don't submit anyone else's personal information without their permission.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the app to process content you don't have the right to submit.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its backend.
• Don't use the app for any unlawful purpose.

AI-generated content

Your score, missing keywords, and suggested rewrites are generated by an AI model. They're intended as a starting point for improving your resume, not as professional career, legal, or HR advice, and we can't guarantee any particular outcome (such as getting an interview or a job offer) from using them.

Availability

The app and this website are provided "as is." We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, particularly while the app is in pre-launch.

Intellectual property

The WhyNotReply name, logo, and app design are ours. These terms don't grant you any rights to them beyond using the app as intended.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WhyNotReply is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or this website.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app develops. We'll update the "last updated" date above when we do.
